Refund & Return Policy

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the United States or the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

How to Submit a Request

Go to your Orders page, select the relevant order, and submit your request. You will receive an automatic confirmation once your request is submitted.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed promptly upon receipt of the returned item
• Your refund will include the standard outbound shipping cost you originally paid
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Exemptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Unsealed hygiene or personal care products
• Custom or personalized items made to your specifications
• Digital content once downloaded or accessed
• Perishable goods or items with a short expiry date
