1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery times are 7-15 business days for the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. 

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $35. For orders under $35, a standard shipping fee of $4.99 will be applied at checkout.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Absolutely! Once your package is shipped, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track your shipment anytime.

2. ORDERS & MODIFICATIONS

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placement, as long as it has not been shipped yet. Please contact our support team immediately if you need to make changes.

Q: What should I do if I enter an incorrect shipping address?
A: Please contact us immediately with your correct address and order number. If the order has already been shipped, we unfortunately cannot alter the destination, and the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.

3. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-day risk-free return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Q: Who pays for the return shipping?
A: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the incorrect product.
